These terms govern your use of tidewelladvisors.com and the services offered on it, which are provided by Tidewell Advisors ("we", "us"). By using the site, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with us, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We provide business advisory services: cash flow forecasting, receivables and payables review, cost and margin review, and planning for hiring, new locations and equipment purchases. We deliver advice and written recommendations. Decisions about your business remain yours.
We do not lend money, arrange or broker financing, or refer clients to lenders or funding providers, and we are not paid by any third party for the advice we give.
Our services are for businesses and are not offered for personal, family or household purposes. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you contact us about.
Engagements and fees
The introductory call is not a paid engagement. Any paid work, its scope and its fees are agreed with you in writing before the work begins.
Text messaging terms
Program
Tidewell Advisors client messaging. We send messages that respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm calls, request the business records needed for your review, and follow up on work you have asked us to do.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box on the form on our home page, or by texting us first. The consent box is optional, and the form can be submitted without it. The consent language shown at the point of opt-in reads:
"By checking this box, you agree that Tidewell Advisors may send you text messages and call you at the number provided about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase."
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any service we provide.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and the stage of any engagement. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further. You can also ask to be removed using the form on our home page.

Carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
Information you give us
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it, including any business financial records. We use it only to prepare our advice for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Nature of our advice
Our forecasts and recommendations are based on the information you give us and on assumptions about the future, and actual results will differ. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Our services are business consulting and are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Consult your own attorney, accountant or other professional before acting on matters in those areas.

Intellectual property
The content, layout and marks on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Written deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use in running your business.
